The Panel Relations Specialist will act as the “voice of Nielsen,” identifying new ways to improve our relationship with sample households through collecting and assessing household and performance data, and fostering good household relations.

        Principle Accountabilities:

• Primary customer service contact, addressing household concerns, questions, and ensuring long-term and accurate usage of equipment.
• Build solid, productive cooperator relationships through positive communication.
• Serve as liaison between field office, Field Reps, Membership Reps, and households.
• Collect and analyze data, providing feedback to households and Field Reps.
• Conduct training and coaching for homes, post-installation surveys, and determine number and type of resources needed for household visits.
• Addresses need for additional incentive to maintain household cooperation..
• Effective use of recruitment resources and ability to present full disclosure of participation guidelines.
• Ensure efficiency of the schedule in order to achieve optimal use of Field Associates’ time.

In addition to a professional attitude, the successful candidate should also possess the following:

• Strong customer service and human relations skills are critical, as well as problem solving, and performance analysis abilities .
• Communication proficiency using electronic, presentation, leadership, and teamwork skills with internal departments, peers, management, and cooperating households.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• MS Windows experience and word processing.
• College degree or equivalent experience
